Booking and Payment

Guests must provide accurate personal information at the time of booking. Full payment is required according to the platform or booking method used. A confirmed reservation indicates acceptance of these terms.

Check-in and Check-out

Self check-in is available from 15:00 (3:00 pm) on the day of arrival. Check-out must be completed by 11:00 am on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out is possible only by prior approval and may include an additional fee.

House Rules

This is a family-friendly and relaxation-focused space. Parties or events are not permitted, and we reserve the right to end the reservation without refund if this rule is broken. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 08:00.

The cleaning fee covers normal use of the apartment. Extra cleaning fees may apply if excessive mess or smoking is detected.

Pets: One dog is welcome for an additional €30 fee. Dogs must be declared before your stay. They are not allowed on the furniture, so please bring a bed or blanket for them to lay on.

Safety and Personal Property

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items. Please use appliances, heaters, and electrical items safely. For emergencies, contact local authorities immediately.

Maximum Occupancy

The apartment has a maximum occupancy limit of the number of guests stated at booking. Exceeding this limit without approval may result in cancellation of the booking without refund.

Cancellation Policy

Guests who book through a platform are subject to that platform's cancellation policy. For direct bookings, guests may cancel up to 14 days before the arrival date for a full refund. Cancellations made fewer than 14 days before arrival or at any point after check-in are non-refundable.

Host Access

The host may enter the apartment only for urgent matters, repairs, or safety concerns, and will provide notice whenever possible.

Legal Responsibility

Guests are responsible for any actions that violate house rules or disturb neighbours. Serious violations may result in immediate removal from the property without refund.
