Cancellation Policy

Direct Booking Cancellations

• 14+ days beforeFull refund. Cancel any time up to 14 days before your arrival date and receive a complete refund of all amounts paid.
• Under 14 daysNon-refundable. Cancellations made fewer than 14 days before arrival are not eligible for a refund.
• After check-inNon-refundable. No refund is available once the stay has begun, including for early departures.

Platform Bookings (Airbnb, Booking.com)

If you booked through a third-party platform, that platform's cancellation policy applies. Please refer to your booking confirmation or the platform's help centre for details.

How to Cancel

To cancel a direct booking, email us at vanderlore.berlin@gmail.com with your booking reference. Cancellations are confirmed only once you receive written acknowledgement from us.

Force Majeure

In exceptional circumstances beyond either party's control (e.g. natural disasters, government travel bans), we will work with guests on a case-by-case basis to find a fair solution, including rebooking or partial refunds.
