Our 58 m² period apartment at Seumestraße 8 in the Samariterviertel is set up for two people and can be booked directly with us — no Airbnb service fee, with a long-stay discount.
Why book a longer stay direct?
On a short trip a platform fee barely registers; over a month it does. Airbnb typically charges guests a service fee in the double-digit percent range (check the platform's current fee overview). Booking direct removes it. On top of that, at the time of writing (September 2026) we give 10% off the accommodation price from 7 nights. The cleaning fee is €55 per booking — not per week. The nightly rate varies by date, roughly €130–220; you see the exact total for your dates in the booking form before paying.
What is it like to live in the Samariterviertel?
The apartment is on the ground floor of the front building, facing Seumestraße, with one step at the street entrance. Stucco ceilings and box windows give it the typical Altbau character. If you stay longer you quickly see what the area offers: everyday errands close by, Boxhagener Platz with its weekly market about 3 minutes on foot, and Simon-Dach-Straße and Warschauer Straße within walking distance. Who is the apartment right for?
There is one bedroom with a double bed, sleeping two guests. That suits solo travellers in Berlin for work or study, and couples who want to get to know the city at a slower pace. It is too small for families or groups. If you bring a dog we charge €30 per booking. Planning more than a month, or have specific requirements for equipment or a workspace? Message us before booking — anything we can't confirm here we would rather clarify in person than promise.

- Alexanderplatz: about 10 minutes on the U5
- BER airport: about 55–65 minutes on the S9 from Warschauer Str.
